Saganaki Shrimps

Ingredients (1 serving)
- 100 grams of shrimp without the shell
- 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 grams of chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 onion scratch
- 1 tablespoon of white dry wine
- salt
- white pepper
- parsley
Method
Sauté shrimps for 3-4 minutes in a non-stick pan and "quench" them with wine. Add the mustard, garlic, onion and salt/ pepper immediately. Bake the mixture for 5 minutes with the pan covered in a low heat. Then add the tomato and boil for another 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley, preferably warm.
