Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients (8 servings)

  • ¼ pack spaghetti
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • ½crushed garlic clove
  • ¼ canned fish tuna in water, drained
  • ½ chopped pepper
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • ¼ yogurt lean
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs toasted
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese


Boil the spaghetti with a little salt and strain it. Preheat the oven to 150℃. In a non-stick cookware, warm the oil and sauté onion and garlic until they wither, stirring continuously. In a large bowl, stir onion, garlic, tuna, pepper, carrot, parsley and paprika. In another bowl, stir cottage cheese and yoghurt. Add it to the mixture of tuna and spaghetti. Place it in an appropriate sized pot suitable for the oven. Stir the bread crumbs with parmesan cheese and cover the pasta with them. Leave them for 30-40 minutes or until the top surface becomes brown.
