Mini Cheese Pies (Tyropitakia) Light

Ingredients (for 40 pieces)

  • 500 grams of flour that flourishes on its own
  • cup of yoghurt (200 grams) or 1 cup of milk
  • 1⅓ cup milk with 2% fat
  • 200 grams of olive oil (or seed oil for smoother flavor)
  • 400 grams of feta cheese light (or 300 grams of feta and 100 grams of low fat kaseri cheese)
  • 1 egg
  • a little black pepper
  • a minimum of sugar and salt

Method

In a bowl, mix the oil, yoghurt and flour until you have a soft dough. Pour the cheese by rubbing it with your fingers. Add a little pepper and evenly make small balls with the dough and press them a little with a spoon. Coat with some egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until it gets a golden color.
